We are a small independent business. There is no phone line — email reaches a real person and is the fastest way to get an answer.

Platform and fulfillment

Platform and hosting. This store is built on and hosted by Shopify Inc. Payment processing, checkout, and site hosting are provided through Shopify and its payment partners.

Production and shipping. Our products are printed, embroidered, packed, and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider. Items are produced individually after each order is placed. We do not hold inventory.

We name these partners because we think you should know who touches your order and your data. Their handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All original designs, artwork, illustrations, photographs, text, and layout on this site are the property of Aggressively Creative LLC unless otherwise noted, and are protected under United States and international copyright law.

Buying a product buys you the product, not the design. Reproducing, redistributing, screen-printing, embroidering, digitizing, or commercially exploiting our artwork is not permitted. Neither is uploading it to a print-on-demand service.

Satire, parody, and commentary

Some of our designs are works of satire, parody, social commentary, and political opinion. They are creative expression and are offered as such.

They are not statements of fact. They are not claims about any real person, company, product, or organization, and they do not represent the views of any third party.

Where a design references a public figure, an institution, a brand, or a cultural work, that reference is commentary on the subject. It does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement from, or any other relationship with that subject.

Opinions expressed in our designs, product descriptions, and social media are those of the business owner.

Trademarks

"Aggressively Creative" and our associated logos and design marks are trademarks of Aggressively Creative LLC. We use the trademark symbol; these marks are not currently registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Any third-party names, brands, or marks that appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Where they appear, they are used nominatively, to identify or comment on the subject referenced, and their use does not indicate any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction.

Copyright and trademark complaints

We take intellectual property seriously and we respond to complaints.

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright or trademark you own or represent, email hello@aggressivelycreative.com with the subject line "IP Complaint" and include:

  1. Identification of the work or mark you believe is being infringed
  2. The specific URL or product on our site you are referring to
  3. Your contact information, including a physical address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

We review every complaint we receive and respond within a reasonable time. Where a claim is valid, we remove the material. Where we believe a design is protected expression, we will say so and explain why, but we will always engage with you rather than ignore you.

Please note that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in an infringement notice can carry liability under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f).

Accuracy of content

We make a genuine effort to keep product descriptions, sizing information, pricing, and availability accurate and current. Errors happen anyway.

We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel or refuse any order placed on the basis of incorrect information, including incorrect pricing, with a full refund. See our Terms of Service.

Colors shown on screen are approximations. Screen calibration, lighting, and dye lots all vary.
